My Asian Roots Decided What To Make For Sunday Dinner

Ah, Sunday. Nothing like ending a relaxing Sunday with a good meal and good company.

Missing the Asian tastes and inspired by a friend's recipes, I made Vietnamese chicken salad with fresh coriander and mint as well as Chinese-inspired crispy beef with green beans, peas and corn served with rice.




And, yes, our small kitchen was a big mess afterwards. Apparently, neatness and kitchen talents don't go together when I put on the apron... Oh well, can't win 'em all.
